Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Lucerra, we pride ourselves on offering exclusive, high-quality fashion pieces. To ensure we can offer these items at competitive prices with worldwide availability, we utilize a global network of distribution centers.

Please read our shipping policy below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Processing Time

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment.

  • Processing: Most orders leave our warehouse within 2-5 business days of payment.

  • Notification: You will receive an email notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

  • Note: In rare cases of high demand or during holiday seasons, processing may take an additional 2-3 days.

2. Shipping Estimates

We ship internationally. Because our inventory is held in multiple "boutique" logistics centers globally (including Europe, East Asia, and the USA), shipping times may vary based on your location.

  • United States: 7 – 15 Business Days

  • United Kingdom / Europe: 7 – 14 Business Days

  • Canada / Australia: 10 – 20 Business Days

  • Rest of World: 14 – 25 Business Days

Please note that these are estimates. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping couriers, customs clearance, or weather conditions.

3. Separate Shipments (Important)

To get your items to you as fast as possible, we may ship items from different warehouses.

  • What this means: If you order multiple items (e.g., a Hoodie and Sunglasses), they may arrive in separate packages at different times.

  • Do not panic: If you receive one item before the other, the rest of your order is on its way. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

4. Tracking Updates

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

  • Please allow 1-3 days for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

  • If your tracking says "Label Created" or "Pre-Shipment" for a few days, this is normal as the package moves to the international sorting facility.

5. Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Lucerra is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Lucerra will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

7. Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs taxes, duties, or import charges may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate what they may be.


Why this policy protects you:

  1. The "Separate Shipments" Clause: This is the #1 reason dropshippers get chargebacks. Customers get the pants but not the shirt, think they were scammed, and call their bank. This clause protects you by telling them upfront it's normal.

  2. "Business Days" vs. "Days": By specifying "Business Days," you exclude weekends. "15 Business Days" is actually 3 full weeks. This gives your supplier a buffer if they are slow.

  3. "Global Network": This is a fancy/luxe way of saying "We dropship from China" without sounding cheap.

  4. "Label Created" Clause: Dropshipping tracking numbers (like Yanwen or 4PX) often stick on "Label Created" for 4 days before moving. This stops customers from emailing you on Day 2 asking why it hasn't moved.
